
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
 - 1 grated onion
 - 1 kilo Kıbet beef mince
 - 1 tablespoon of salt
 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper
 - ½ bunch of parsley
 - 1 egg
 - 2 slices of stale bread
 - Sunflower oil
 
Instructions:
Grate the potatoes and onion. Put them in a deep bowl. Then add the minced meat, bread, salt, pepper, parsley and egg. Knead all ingredients well. Take small pieces from the kneaded dough and prepare small finger-thick meatballs. Fry the meatballs in hot oil. Put the fried meatballs on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve with fried potatoes, salad and tzatziki.
