
Ingredients:
- ½ ground beef
 - ½ bunch finely chopped parsley
 - 2 finely chopped onions
 - 1 tablespoon of salt
 - 2 teaspoons of black pepper
 - ½ teaspoon cumin
 - 1 banna (sheep fat)
 - Salt and lemon (to wash the banna)
 
Instructions:
For 2 people, preparation time 40 minutes
Put minced meat, parsley, onions, salt, pepper, cumin in a deep bowl and knead well. Rub the banna thoroughly with salt and lemon. Rinse with clean water. Cut a saucer-sized pieces from the banna you wash. Open a piece of banna flat on a plate. Place the minced meat mixture on it. Close it and wrap the edges inward and complete the wrapping. Then cook on a barbecue or grill until it gets golden brown. Serve hot in the pita with salad, with fried potatoes and yogurt.
